NB: please read news about Baltic Nations Cup which will be player on Friday before the tournament.
Short description:
As in previous years, Jõulumäe Open will be held in a Jõulumäe Sports Centre area. Jõulumäe is a small south east Estonian village which lies 23 km to the south from Pärnu. Jõulumäe „yellow“ disc golf course (18 baskets) can be regarded as one of the disc golf importers in Estonia, because the first disc golf course was made there in the autumn of 2004. That time, the game called disc golf was played only by a few enthusiasts in Estonia. Due to the permanent course in Jõulumäe, the number of players increased and at the moment Jõulumäe „yellow“ course is one of the most professional and most challenging course in Estonia. In Jõulumäe, you will need the whole throwing arsenal: short straight shots, long straight shots, right curve, left curve, up the hill, down the hill and so on. With the second course in Jõulumäe called „red“ course, there are total of 36 baskets in Jõulumäe right now + 2 training baskets. Yellow course length: 2,8 km. Par 64.
This year, there will be minor changes to the course, that was played in previous years.
