Zarasai Open’2011 (3rd tournament of BST’2011)
Short description:
NEDOŽINKA DISC GOLF PARK is situated near Zarasai, about 10 km northeast of Zarasai town. It is the only permanent discgolf park in Lithuania, established in 2003.

Divisions:
• MPO (obligatory for male players age 17 to 49),
• MA2 (juniors <16 (born 1995 or later), grandmasters >50 (born 1961 or earlier) and female players).

• MA2 – 5 Eur (20 Lt)

Dress code: Please follow PDGA rules regarding dress code.
Course & Equipment: private park, 9 holes (will be extended to 12 holes for the tournament), homemade baskets with double chains (similar to amex 1).
Holes lengths are between 45 to 180 meters.

Prizes:
There is no money purse, Trophy only.
First three places in both divisions get trophies.
BST points: The tournament is part of Baltic Sea Tour and all participants are awarded with BST points which count for overall BST standing.
Tournament format:
3 rounds of 18 holes + 9 holes final (MPO only)
1st round – random mix of player (both divisions play together)
2nd round – players grouped by results of 1st round (both divisions play together)
3rd round – players grouped by total result of 1st and 2nd rounds and by divisions
Final – top5 MPO (9 holes)
In case of tie after 3 rounds for top5 (finalists), tie after final for trophies and tie in Amateur division for trophies (top3 players) sudden death competition will be played among tied players on holes # 1, 2, 3. If it is still a tie – CTP on hole #1.
